The Founder

Kia Ora/Bula, I am Kenwyn Ensor, founder of Manawa Wellbeing, dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey to self-awareness and healing. Together with my partner Cathy, who specializes in emotional release modalities through somatic therapy, craniosacral therapy, and energy healing, we work to create transformative spaces for deep healing and growth.

Inspired by my own experiences with childhood trauma and the loss of my brother to suicide, my mission is to help others overcome internal struggles and break generational patterns of mental and physical abuse. As a qualified somatic and craniosacral therapist, I integrate holistic techniques to support emotional and physical well-being.

Rooted in my Māori and Fijian heritage, 'Manawa' represents breath, heart, patience, and tolerance, values that form the foundation of the safe, nurturing spaces I strive to create. 

I am passionate about empowering men, women, families, children, and teenagers to release their traumas, build resilience, and foster mutual support in a caring environment. Together, we heal and transform, paving the way for a future free from the cycles of past pain.
